Finally Saratoga has arrived Seven years ago I made a journey to upstate New York for a three-day vacation at Saratoga Race Course. I had absolutely no idea that it would become an annual thing and my favorite place in the world. It's far from the average race track. While you frequently see men screaming at televisions at a place like Penn National or the nearby OTB, Saratoga has more of a family atmosphere. Picnic tables and lawn chairs are set up in the morning hours in the backyard area. Hours before that racing fans are allowed to sit in the grandstands and watch the morning workouts before a picturesque setting. The world's top trainers and jockeys are accessible throughout the day for autographs and pictures. The men wear suits, while the women wear dresses, giving Saratoga a touch of class. Words can't describe the feeling racing enthusiasts get when entering the unique atmosphere of Saratoga Race Course. It is the same feeling for the top owners and trainers, who point their best horses for this 36-day meet. There is a stakes race everyday of the meet and 15 Grade 1 events. The highlights of the meet are the Travers Stakes for three-year-olds toward the end of the meet, and the Breeders' Cup Challenge on the opening weekend which features four graded stakes races. Known as the "Graveyard of Favorites," you could always expect the unexpected at Saratoga. TWF's own Sultan will be live at the track for the entire opening week, providing two pick 4 plays each day and any other information he could find. Double Deuce will join the Sultan this weekend, and will be preparing some features and compiling a horses | |

Race 7 - (3) Contiental Reins is 15-1 on the ML and has two wins in three starts on Saratoga weeds for Jerkens. We'll put the $5-10-20 wager on him as well in a wide open truf race. *** Cal-Glenn took the short flight from his normal stomping grounds up North to the surf and turf down at DEL MAR on Monday wondering if can fit with the "in-crowd" as he put it in his analysis. Well not only did Glenn fit in, he has the entire racing community at the San Diego seaside oval buzzing with enthusiasm about his ability to pick horses. They will be lining up in bunches to purchase WINNERSFORUM SUBSCRIPTIONS. Here is how our California expert laid out plans for Monday's sixth race at the beautiful seaside oval.
DMR - Race 6 – The three outside horses look like the ones to go with as they all drop in class for this 7 furlong match-up and we give the nod to MOUNTAIN ROUTE with that reliable late closing kick. The extra distance may hurt SANDITA who has been showing off some early pace but then struggles to finish things off. BENCHMARK KID has to improve to neat this group but should get a pace. For Superfecta players HUNTER CREEK should round out the top 4 and if he returns to his late closing form could actually do better than fourth.Bets: Superfecta Box. Here are the results for Monday's sixth race at Del Mar. 6th Race | # | Horse | Jockey | Weight | Win | Place | Show

| 7 | Mountain Route | Rosario J | 120 | 8.40 | 4.20 | 3.40 | | 8 | Sandita | Bejarano R | 120 | | 4.40 | 3.80 | | 2 | Hunter Creek | Contreras L | 120 | | | 4.00
